Who we are

PresenceOS is presented as a product from Pixis. If the data controller or service provider is a different legal entity, replace this section with the correct company name, registered address, and privacy contact before publication.

For privacy questions, contact hello@pixis.ai. Replace this address if you use a dedicated privacy contact.

Depending on how you use PresenceOS, we may collect the following categories of information.

  • Account information: name, email address, login information, profile details, preferences, subscription status, and account settings.
  • Content and inputs: ideas, prompts, voice recordings or transcripts, drafts, generated posts, generated images, comments, hashtags, content pillars, brand voice preferences, and materials you choose to upload or create.

  • Support communications: messages, attachments, feedback, and other information you provide when contacting us.

How we use information

We may use information to provide, maintain, personalize, secure, and improve PresenceOS. This includes creating drafts, generating images, suggesting comments, preserving your preferences, managing subscriptions, delivering boost services, responding to support requests, sending service messages, analyzing performance, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations.

We may also use business enquiry information to contact corporates, teams, agencies, or other organizations that request a demo or ask about business plans.

AI processing

PresenceOS may send your prompts, drafts, voice transcripts, post context, preferences, and related content to AI systems or service providers to generate or improve outputs. Outputs can include posts, comments, summaries, images, and recommendations.

Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so and you are comfortable with that information being processed to provide the service.

If you use PresenceOS through a business account, additional data controls may apply under a separate agreement.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate PresenceOS, including hosting providers, analytics providers, AI infrastructure providers, payment platforms, customer support tools, email providers, security vendors, and business operations tools.

We may share information with Apple to support App Store subscriptions and purchases, and with third-party platforms when you choose to connect, publish, engage, or otherwise use those platforms in connection with PresenceOS.

We may share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

LinkedIn and third-party platforms

PresenceOS may help you prepare content for LinkedIn or other platforms. Those platforms are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for how third-party platforms process information once you post, comment, click, connect, or otherwise interact with them.

Cookies and analytics

The PresenceOS website may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, or similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve page performance, remember preferences, and measure marketing effectiveness. Your developer should update this section with the exact analytics, advertising, and cookie tools used before launch.

Legal bases and compliance

Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis, we may process personal information to perform a contract with you, based on your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as improving the service, securing the service, responding to enquiries, and preventing misuse.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide PresenceOS, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods may vary by data type and context.

You may request deletion of certain information, subject to legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, and backup retention requirements.

Your privacy choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, contact hello@pixis.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Subscriptions and Apple

If you purchase a subscription through Apple, Apple processes payment information according to Apple’s own privacy policy and App Store terms. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

PresenceOS and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

Children’s privacy

PresenceOS is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to PresenceOS, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

Business users

If your employer, client, agency, or organization provides access to PresenceOS, that organization may control certain account information, usage information, and administrative settings. Any separate business agreement may provide additional terms about data ownership, retention, and processing.
